Steve Adams, architect and president of Adams
Architecture & Planning, Inc., is a 1984 graduate
of the College of Architecture at Arizona State
 University.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude.
 

Licensed as an architect since 1986, 
he is registered in Arizona and California.  
He has won several design and planning 
awards from the state and federal government. 
 
He has also been involved in local government 
with the City of Prescott including
 participation on various task forces. 
He served on the Prescott
 Preservation Commission for six 
years, including two years as chairman.

Steve is experienced in the
 supervision and preparation of
 complex architectural and
planning projects in compliance
 with federal, state and local
 regulations and guidelines.  

His desire is to correctly
 interpret your visions 
of a dream home, bring them
to life and partner with you 
and your builder to  create
 a truly unique home.

Our custom residential experience includes 
homes in many of Northern Arizona's finest
 neighborhoods including Hassayampa,
American Ranch, Talking Rock, High Valley Ranch,
The Ranch  at Prescott,  Inscription Canyon, Torreon,
Flagstaff Ranch, and Williamson Valley Ranch.   

Our experience also includes working
with architectural Design Guidelines and 
CC&R's of various degrees of complexity.

Steve's involvement as a member of an 
architectural review committee for a major 
development in Prescott provides a unique 
perspective in working in this environment. 
Our goal is to work with the various guidelines
and committees to arrive at creative solutions
that are a credit to the community and of which
our clients may be proud.

The Adams family has lived in Prescott since 1993.
Steve and his wife of 26 years are the proud
parents of three daughters.  One married,
one in college and one in High School.
