This home was sited on a steep, rocky and
very narrow lot in Hassayampa. While it has
wonderful views of the 18th fairway, it created
 a design challenge. The architectural solution
seeks to provide a home as dramatic as the
lot while working with the natural terrain.

Under construction by Malachi Builders,
and will be complete in late 2006
